The second dream for Elliot is Frozen Bell ~the Consciousness.

Pre Mare Chip Collection
At the start of Frozen Bell you want to head backwards toward the corner of the map and collect 13 blue chips in the trees and on the ground. At this point you want to jump quickly to the trees near the Ideya Palace where you’ll need to get at least 3 more. Once you dualize with NiGHTS you can collect 4 more chips before entering the Ideya Capture. Now you can start the infinite link in Mare 1.
